Mentors Program

UCSB's Latino Business Association has collaborated with the Chief of Police of Santa Barbara and Santa Barbara High School to increase college enrollments for Latinos. LBA's mission is to prepare the next generation of Latino leaders and create a greater foundation in each and every one of the young student's life. The Latino Business Association Mentors will educate, inspire and motivate each individual to bring a change to the Latino community by becoming a leader. Let's Make A Difference!
